ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Our staff are receiving an increasing amount of abuse from patients - this will NOT be tolerated.  Instances of abuse in ANY form eg social media, telephone, answer machine message etc, will result in the patient being removed from our Practice list.

Please do not challenge staff when they are unable to give you an appointment or ask for further information with respect to your query.  They are simply acting on Practice policy and assisting the GPs as requested in order to help them work effectively and safely.

Our admin staff have bee asked to not give appointments to people arriving at the front desk.  If you come into the surgery to request an appointment, you will be asked to phone in.  This is so we are not disadvantaging people who cannot just drop in for reasons of disability, work or caring commitments.
