Compliments, Complaints and Feedback

We welcome your comments about our service.  If you have any issues which you wish to raise, please ask to speak to a Senior Receptionist initially.  We operate a complaints system in line with NHS policies - any concerns will be treated seriously and investigated as appropriate however, due to the current extenuating circumstances of Covid, patients should be aware that there may be a considerable delay in addressing these issues.  You can make a complaint verbally to a Senior Receptionist or ask to speak to the Practice Manager.  You can also complain in writing.

Please do not send complaints via email as these may not go to the appropriate person.
